How to make a quick bread Pudding using hotdog rolls

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup Milk

1 Tsp Butter

1 Egg

Lemon Zest

Salt, Cinnamon to taste

2 Hotdog Roll

(To Coat Ramekin)

1 Tsp Butter

1 Tsp Sugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend until creamy.

  2. Butter Ramekin bowl, then coat with sugar

  3. Pour blended ingredients into ramekin bowl

  4. Top with small pieces of bread and raisins

  5. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees
